My brand new site is up and running! I'm so inspired by everything sewing that I had this idea to share it. I've created these sewing kits to be a stress free way to learn to sew. If you already know how to sew then jump in at a later kit, master a new sewing skill, and add to your collection of cool sewing tools. We all need more of those, right?
I'm Diana and I'm originally from Canada but make my home in Southern California. I live with my husband and two sons. We are a homeschooling family that loves to travel, practice mindfulness, train in martial arts, and ride bikes.
I always wanted to learn to sew and seized the chance when I was gifted a sewing machine. I took to sewing like a duck to water because it appeals to me on so many levels. There are methods and instructions to follow but also plenty of room to veer off into pure creativity and inspired genius.
I look at sewing as a microcosmic reflection of life that encompasses all the ups and downs (think seam-ripping) and the full gamut of emotions from despair to joy (all in one project).
